I reached out to Lethbridge Pet Hospital when we found out our girl had injured her CCL and needed surgery. Dr Jacob called personally to discuss options and give a run down of what we would need to do. Upon meeting him and the staff I instantly felt comfortable and knew we would be in good hands. We are 4 days post-op and they have checked in on us several times, making sure Ember is doing well. I can’t thank them all enough for the care of our fur baby ❤️ she will be back to her old self in no time!
One quick call and my little guy was in to see them in less than 30 min. Dr. Bea was great with him and explained everything thoroughly!
Lethbridge Pet Hospital has been so helpful for us. We brought our husky in when she was injured and they took excellent care of her! They’ve regularly checked in with us and asked how she’s been doing since her two visits with them. Such great people and service! They’ve truly made a pawsitive impact.
So I had to bring my dog in yesterday because she was walking funny and something was wrong. I mean she's 14 so she was very old but I knew something was wrong and the minute I got there the staff was very helpful and understanding as I could barely talk cuz I was crying so much.
