how are they even allowed to run the clinic. waited 10 minutes and no one came on reception.
Receptionist is awful. On Friday I tried to book an appointment with the doctor. I had to repeat what my name and birthday was many times, like she couldn't hear me over her own voice. Eventually she offered an appointment for 1pm on Saturday, and when I showed up the office was locked. The lights were on and I could see her inside, but nobody came out. The only sign with clinic hours on the exterior says "7 days a week", but once my appointment time had passed and couldn't get in I decided to just leave. I called again Mond... read more
"Walk Ins welcome 8am - 8pm" is a direct quote from their website. But they close at 5. No one answers the phones. This isn't a clinic, this is a "when I feel like it" establishment and it's a joke.
Website says walk ins Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm. I called Monday at 4pm to ask, as I've never been there. I was told "no walk ins" then she hung up.
