Huge thanks for Joel and Dan for working with me on this tricky project. Custom 3D, non cylindrical steel mandrels with perfectly aligned number engravings. I know wasn't easy but the finished items are beautiful.
I have used Lethbridge Machine Shop a few times now. I went in today looking for a small pin. Even though it was something small they took the time to help me out and find what I needed. I will be using them again in the future.
My company and I ran into a no heat call during the last cold snap, a Rooftop unit had tore itself apart and the fan wheels ahad been shifting on the shaft due to wear. We needed a new one built that day. Dan was able to find us the right sized shaft and machined a key way into it that days we were able to get heat into that building same day thanks to his effort. Very professional, speedy, and curtious, highly recommend Lethbridge Machine Shop for any of your needs.
My brother had a broken coupler and needed a new one made. He was told that it would take roughly an hour to fix. Fast forward a week and half...still nothing. So he gives them a call, and more or less, they forgot about him. Sure, stuff happens. I get it. By the end of that day, it's all done -- awesome. Quick, well built. But here's where I take issue. No apologies and no price reduction for being forgotten. So, 3 stars because the quality is there. And 3 stars because the customer service wasn't impressive.
Had a tractor wheel hub with 3 broken bolts. Buddy fixed me up good and in a timely fashion. Friendly service and good prices. Thanks fellas 👊
