Although we didn’t get our vehicle from Kia they were very knowledgeable and respectful. When we let them know we were interested in something different, they said they understand when it all comes down to the car, without being pushy or disrespectful. We Would definitely deal with them in the future!

While visiting Lethbridge one of my tires started showing low pressure and I stopped at Kia service since it was close by. A nice gentleman Garry checked all the tires and got us back on the road in no time. Thank you.

My experience with the service branch at this location has forever tarnished the Kia brand for me. I brought my car in with a clear understanding that I wanted my car stereo fixed, and left with a $193 bill and a diagnosis that my car stereo wasn't working. Moreover, I was not told upfront that my Kia stereo is discontinued, and there would have been no scenario where it would've been fixed. Severely overpriced. It cost my brother $200 dollars when he went here to repair his stereo. Their diagnosis? “The stereo is broken” 💀 To be clear, that charge was not for new parts or repairs. They suggested he buy a different stereo secondhand. They refused to fix it and did not have any replacements in stock.

You could buy from Lethbridge KIA but why? Go somewhere else. 15 years of bad service Murray, Johnson, Lethbridge KIA. May 2025 anti-corrosion was the final customer service FAILURES for me. After all my grumblings and their fake email saying they 'reached out' -- their MO -- is always "we tried". I was offered free oil changes as restitution. Would I take my car there? Not for a minute.
