Edit #3: Transmission started to go again just kilometres after the extended warranty was up. Traded it in and bought a Toyota. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother looking at Hyundai if you’re looking for another vehicle. Save yourself the headache. Changed review back to one star. My car broke down in Pincher Creek due to an engine failure. I had it taken to Lethbridge Hyundai, where Kevin and his service team provided outstanding support. Despite my car being nearly 10 years old with under 100,000 km, they acted quickly to process an engine recall. Jason one of the service team, clearly explained the paperwork required to submit the warranty claim and handled everything with urgency and professionalism. I was planning on purchasing a 2021 Hyundai Veloster from Lethbridge Hyundai. They offered me a trade for my current vehicle, which was recently damaged in an accident but was being fully repaired because I was found not at fault. They explained the process for trading in a vehicle like mine, and how it would work with the insurance. I was assured it would be no problem.
