Serious concerns about communication and a complete lack of due diligence to ensure patience are seen consistently. Deeply concerned at lack of care my familymember has not been given. 3 weeks of no shows, no effort to contact, explain. Was promised a call this afternoon, currently 6:21 pm and again no contact. When there is dehydration concerns and said familyber is dependant on IV feeding 3 weeks is a long time to starve somebody. But apparently not serious in the minds of Lethbridge Home Care. Great staff. Quick and friendly. Have been going here for the last 6 months weekly for a dressing change on my PICC line. Never had an issue. All are extremely professional.
