The coaches are the key for me as they ease me into new nutritional and workout habits. Love all the encouragement from everyone who has started the journey before me. It didn’t take long for me to feel welcomed, supported and excited to learn healthy living practices.
Although I’m fairly new to Fit Body Boot Camp, I’m so pleased with the welcoming atmosphere, community building and sense of inclusion that is prominent! The workouts are so well planned and address total body! The encouragement and leadership by our coaches are making my classes so enjoyable and effective, and it has obviously trickled down to the clients, as it’s friendly and fun every time! Sixty plus doesn’t have to be intimidating in a gym, when you have a setting like Fit Body Boot Camp!!
I’d give this company 0 stars if I could, especially you Kristen. Do yourself a favour and NEVER communicate with this franchise in any way. They’ll harass you by email and text message for the next 7 years despite being asked more than once to stop. It’s just another predatory company. Choose a locally owned gym instead!
Great trainers and a real fun group! After only seven visits I’m already feeling measurable progress 👍🏻👍🏻😘
