Super fun ( and yes sometimes a bit difficult). I’m so amazed at how friendly the staff is. And everyone in the class is so positive and supportive! Only been a few weeks but I’m getting stronger!
I really appreciate the welcoming community. Fit body boot camp has taught me some great exercises and although I’m new; I still feel better now than I did a couple of weeks ago. Do it!!!
The coaches are the key for me as they ease me into new nutritional and workout habits. Love all the encouragement from everyone who has started the journey before me. It didn’t take long for me to feel welcomed, supported and excited to learn healthy living practices.
Although I’m fairly new to Fit Body Boot Camp, I’m so pleased with the welcoming atmosphere, community building and sense of inclusion that is prominent! The workouts are so well planned and address total body! The encouragement and leadership by our coaches are making my classes so enjoyable and effective, and it has obviously trickled down to the clients, as it’s friendly and fun every time! Sixty plus doesn’t have to be intimidating in a gym, when you have a setting like Fit Body Boot Camp!!
