I am advocating for my mom and advise others to do so for their elderly parents as well. I have called in on numerous occasions to speak with the west side supervisor - it seems like it is never the same "supervisor" everytime I call. I repeat the same concerns. I just spoke to a supervisor asking to have an HCA removed from my mom's care because she asked for him to be. I was not making a complaint, but he had done a couple of things that had concerned my mother. I had two witnesses to the conversation in my home, the "supervisor" told me that mm, the caregivers did not need to lached my mom into a wheelchair that she falls out of without being latched in. My mom can no longer use her legs were moved them on her own, and she cannot stop herself from falling out of the wheelchair. S... read more
Very few of the people that work there actually do as requested . Many sit outside in their vehicle talking on their cell phone and listening to music. End result, saying they're in a rush and not doing whatthey sre suppose to . They will eat your food and look in every cupboard . Let food splatter in the microwave and not clean it up . Spill water on the floor and not wipe it up . Some are angry people . The ones that are good , are compassionate caring people . Very few of them .
