You guys suck. I am taking my business else where. You over charge on contact lenses. Whoever answers your phones are constantly rude and have zero idea what is going on. I had a eye exam there this year and a contact lenses prescription filled and you guys completely lost all info on them (probably so I'd be tricked into another eye exam)

My son had an appointment at 5PM this past Thursday. Being sick he was napping at 4:30PM and so I woke him up, dressed him kicking and screaming and wrestled him into the car. Drove the 15min to the this eye clinic, kicking and screaming the whole way, and walked in at 5:03PM. The receptionist tells me since I am late, the Dr will not see my son.
