Got the Garage door finally fixed thanks to Brad! He is a wizard... knew the issue before he ever had to step on the ladder... color me impressed! He has fantastic customer service skills, got the job done quickly and efficiently, all the while explaining exactly what he was doing before he would do it, and made sure to ask if I had any questions along the way.
