The 2 stars are for the staff at Gary Moe Lethbridge, who were both kind and helpful when I brought my vehicle in for a tune up and to have the read end and differential oils changed; I was prepared to pay ~ $1000 to have all this done, which I thought was more than reasonable; when the bill came back at over $1700 I couldn't believe it! I had a very disappointing experience at Garry Moe in Lethbridge. I originally bought a new 2025 Jeep, after being told by the salesman that it had a 10,000 lb towing capacity. I specifically explained what I needed, and wanted, the main thing, I needed to be able to haul a car, and he reassured me and my husband (who told me to wait for him- I wish I listened) it would haul 10,000 lbs, by screenshot- I have the conversation saved.
