I went to the body shop because Gary Moe is the sponsored first result that comes up when you search "General Collision Lethbridge." Let me tell you, it shouldn't be. First, they rerouted me to the parts and service department, and after two hours and $200 they told me my problem would need body shop attention. That's where I tried to book my car, initially. First time going to this dealership yesterday. I brought my 2026 ram 1500 in for a couple recalls & also for a small chirping Noise coming from my front brakes. The service advisor Bobbi jo pols was very rude, snobby & grumpy after I told her my truck still has full warranty with my lift kit & tires that was installed by the dealership I bought my truck from.
