I started training at Lethbridge Adventure Boot Camp in January and could not recommend Joe and Kim enough! When I first started I couldn't do one actual push up, and now can do 34 without a break. After losing 40 lbs since I started, my arms and chest are bigger, my stomach smaller, and my energy is through the roof!
