I’ve been going here since they opened. Went this morning and said that I have some bugs! The guy said we don’t guarantee bugs anymore and don’t pre wash either. I was told to go to the self serve bucket to scrub the bugs off myself! Didn’t think paying almost $20 and having to prewash my own truck was worth it. Not sure I’ll be returning ☹️
My car did not come clean, and it wasnt even that dirty to begin with.
