This is the second time that I have had a bad car wash here. The first time I let them know and they didn’t offer me a free one or any resolution. This time I watched the attendant and he did a half assesd job on the initial prewash and then there was only one girl drying and she could only do so much until the car behind me was right there and she had to start in it. There was still bugs, mud and dirt that I had to hand wash off of the vehicle myself. I am so disappointed. I loved the car wash that was here before this one.... read more

4 times now I have given up after waiting 10-15 minutes for an employee to come out & take my payment! I have witnessed multiple other customers giving up also. You need 1 additional employee dedicated to taking payments.

I was so excited to have a brushless car wash. But so many times I go through and come out with a milky film on my windows and car. What is that? And the wipe down used to be so much better. It’s hit and miss even when I’m tipping every time. Seems like lots of glitches. I do like the vacuum and inside cleaning stations.

I paid $20 for a car wash to get the tree sap off my car. Every single spot was still on the car, my windshield was still dirty and the car wash took my American flag magnet off the back of my car. I ended up going to Buggy Bath and just washing it myself, but that cost me $20 as well. So I paid a total of $40 and just had to do it myself anyway. What a waste of money. Likely won’t be back.

After the second time going through and our car still being very dirty we went back around for the 3rd time and asked them to please spray it off a little better, she rolled her eyes. They then sprayed it less. Not sure this is worth the good package in pricing if this is how my comes out after 3 times
