Response was not just an automated "Thanks, our computer knows you're interested in a car." Kyle emailed me and let me know he was an actual person looking to help me buy the car I wanted. They also provide CarFaxes for free which is a huge plus. Decided to wait on purchase after talking price, but I would still recommend them.
Good guys, just stuck on their prices, which is understandable in today's Obama economy.....
