Service was horrible, waiters and waitresses actively ignored us. The server overwhelmed forgot condiments and tea bag, just brought hot water.
Tonight was my first time being disappointed with my order. No cheese on either sandwich (as requested and paid extra for), no lettuce/tomato which is usually there and half the normal amount of fries. Maybe they didn't like that we ordered so close to the cut off time? Idk- but sad that the normal quality wasn't there. Hope it was just a onetime bad night for them

Love their food
Called about leaving my daughters cup on the table and of course someone took it. I said that's ok you won't see me again (the service want the best - coffee got cold, someone spilled coleslaw on the floor and they all stood around looking at it all over the floor and said "wasn't me") - and in the end she yelled into the phone that I shouldn't have left the cup! Customer lost.
I enjoy Lesters, The food was good. Service was excellent, Thank you Amy
Everything was enjoyable by grandma and I. Not too busy of a day. Large portion so i couldn't eat it all but good home cooked style food.
