Awesome Service! Very easy check-in for service. Very nice facility and very comfortable waiting room. Quick work and very thorough install process leading to return of vehicle.
Recall check Took our vehicle in for a recall check; got it in quickly and inspection was completed in a timely manner.
Another satisfactory experience from Lester Raines I am not sure how many vehicles my family has purchased from Lester Raines over the years, but it has always been a pleasure dealing with the sales and service staff. Joe Pauley and Kurt Morganroth are the best, and I recommend them to anyone!
Great professional service. When I arrived I spoke with an Representative at the front desk an informed him I had a appointment and explain what was wrong with the car and he said he would have someone go over it and see what the problem is so as I waited in the waiting room I watched an little tv and a cup or two of coffee and before I knew it I was ready to go , the representative went over what they have found to be the problem and explain to me what needed to be done and even explain each charge .
