I only deal with Lester Raines Honda in Chas., WV Joe Pauley is the absolute best. I love working with him. He makes buying a car so easy. Lester Raines is also great. He's extremely helpful when it comes to buying a car and getting a loan.

Mazda Tim Russell at Lester-Raines Mazda in Charleston, WV was great to work with. He took his time with us and he was very friendly. They were having computer problems and he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions.
Honda Kids area needs seating for parents. Nice thought though.
Retired The main reason I buy Hondas, they are very good vehicles but so are some others, is the service department. They know the car, you can make an appointment instead of like at many others arrive sometime between 7 AM & 7:30 AM and get in line. The Lord himself doesn't know at what time your car will be serviced. Before Honda I had a terrific mechanic ,Tony Burgess, on the West Side but he retired and his spot is now a Gino's/Tudors restaurant. Keep up the good work Jim O'Neill

Happy with my CRV Very happy with my purchase if I could only have find the time to go get my car detailed because they couldn't do it it was like five cars ahead of me and we were hungry need to go eat but I love my CRV
