Very disappointed today! I didn't get any help! Did not get any help at all. I was there to look at a new CX5. Someone was on the phone and did not even have the decency to tell me that he would be with me in a few minutes. I walked by him twice and even viewed the showroom and vehicles outside. No response by any salesmen. I simple don't understand this way of doing business.
Great Service I was making a trip to NYC for a wedding and needed an oil change and my car checked over before the trip. Lester Raines Honda Service Department pleasantly worked me in at 8 a.m. so I could be on my way. Great service and attitude. I had a cup of complimentary coffee and a breakfast bar while reading the morning paper in their clean waiting area. I ready to go in about an hour. I was impressed!

Great Service - Always I've only had my 2012 CRV in for oil changes and State inspections, but had a minor repair this time. I dropped the car off, and got a call a few hours later that the work was complete. No snags. Perfect.
