Like any subcontractor, they might miss appointments, but they showed up and did the work. But they have been slow in asking for payment. I would recommend them to others.
Lester did our drive and walkway , he suggested staining and stamping concrete because of our home improvements. It turned out beautiful, we are very happy with results. Lester and crew are friendly and clean. We will have them back to do other drive way.
Lester does what he says. He is on time, easy to do business with and so far great. His prices are good too.
Lester lied to me. He quoted one price and start date but added $100.00 and started days after we had agreed. He broke a storm water drain pipe and never told me about it. He never returned to the job site for his safety cone and sidewalk closed sign, most likely because of the repair/replacement he needs to make on my drain pipe. I needed the concrete work to exit my wheelchair equipped van, he took advantage of my condition, I'm sorry I hired Lester.
I needed portion of my creek bed retaining walls replaced because they had fallen apart with exposed dirt walls and wanted them replaced before it began to rain. Lester came in to save the day! I am pleased with the work and will have him and his team back in 2015 Spring/Summer for more work on other areas of the wall.
After agreeing to remove and restain or repaint the surface of our patio with a textured coloring, Lester determined that removing the prior paint wasn't possible; that we instead needed to have it resurfaced with a layer of cement in order to get the results that we desired. We said that if that was what was necessary, to go on ahead. We weren't home when the steps to our deck were repositioned and 4 inches of cement were poured (way overkill in my opinion). I originally was looking to repair my cracked 50'X12' driveway. After discussing the challenges and life of repair, Lester helped me to understand the benefit of total replacement. He provided me with an estimate to replace the aging driveway with a new washed aggregate 4" deep driveway. Once I accepted his bid (after getting two others) he was able to start the project within 24 hrs.! Others wanted me to wait two months. I am so pleased w/the work that was done @ my home-Lester was very professional-the finish is awesome-the clean-up perfect-I would hire this Co. again for sure-the neighbors are really empressed.
Lester and his team installed a beautiful new driveway for us. They worked hard, and steadily. I had several estimates, and Lester's was the best value for the money. I will hire him again.
