Great advice on saving my teeth.
he is the best dentist I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. I always tell people to see him.
My first time here. I can't say enough about Carol, my hygienist. In 50 years of dental work it was hands down the best cleaning I've ever had done.
Finally got in here after being repeatedly rescheduled by Bratton (sp). The office staff is top notch, with the exception of scheduling and managing patients. The STAFF is caring and kind. Dr. Lester is a brusque, rude, domineering, argumentative and refuses to acknowledge the inefficiencies of his scheduling team and the other doctors he refers people to. Dr. Lester and his staff always make me and my family feel comfortable with our dental experience. The staff is friendly and professional. I tell everyone about the great service and family atmosphere. Thanks for saving the few teeth I have.
Very professional, knowledgeable and ethical
I had a 1:30 appt but got caught in traffic.I called the office to see if i needed to reschedule and was told by DONNA to come on.I got there @1:45 & signed in.Ppl that came in after was being called back but i waited PATIENTLY.At 2:56 i go to the desk and try to see wheres my place and was told they didnt kmow i was here,they missed the sign in sheet i signed.I was told to fill paperwork out and would be brought right back.Its 3:56 & im still waiting,fyi,they hadnt even asked for my insurance.
I certainly will be back. The entire staff was amazing. My fears are gone. Greatly appreciate the service.
