A gentleman by the name of Bill Tilton ruined an entire deal that my poor salesman was putting together for me today. He came by and very rudely and arrogantly told me that if I didn't feel like waiting, by the way I had been waiting for over 40 minutes for my salesman to crunch numbers, that I should probably go elsewhere because it was clear that I didn't plan on doing business with them today. First oil change 1-17 drivers mat (weather tech) left dirty. Second oil change 7-17 (this time I took BEFORE Pictures, AGAIN they left the drivers mat dirty and spilled oil on the engine, THAT THEY DID NOT CLEAN. Have a pic of that too. What is so hard about putting down a paper mat ? If this was the Regular Carpet mat, this would not have been good. If there is a 3rd time, we going Live ! Just a fyi car has 3000 miles and is garaged kept. I like my stuff CLEAN !
