From what I’ve read, they will never get business from me. The customer service is very much lacking. The fact that your sales person couldn’t keep his girl friend in check enough for her to not threaten a consumer is disgusting. I’m a manager in retail and I’m appalled by the way your team handled this customer and his family. You want to comment on his frustration but the first rule of excellent customer service is to LISTEN to the customers issues, sympathize, then come to a conclusion that will calm the customer as well ... read more

What a great experience! I actually really recommend getting a car now. Everything was mostly done from home and they made sure it was a quick, safe, easy experience during this tough time. I cannot say enough good things about Joe and Drew!! Both of them were extremely helpful, not pushy at all and were able to work out a great deal. I got the 2020 Traverse and LOVE IT. If you were thinking about getting/needing a new car now, do it and use Lester Glenn Chevrolet!

Ryan is truly the best! He worked with me over the phone for a few days before I even stepped into the dealership. He answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me narrow down my choices. Upon arrival for our appointment he met me outside and already had my top picks pulled up front for us to look at and discuss. He has gone far above and beyond what I ever could expect. Ryan has been nothing but diligent and supportive throughout my whole car buying process.
