Last week I went into Lester Glenn Chevrolet to just look at a Malibu and ended up purchasing a new one. My salesman, John Needham, was very personable and extremely knowledgeable in helping me make the right choice in the car that I wanted. Walked in , no one acknowledged me ! not even the receptionist! Walked out . Literally not one person ... I even walked around the showroom looking for a sales person. Horrible !

I went to Lester Glenn and had the pleasure of meeting sales associate John Needham. I talked to him about purchasing a Chevy Equinox and he was extremely knowledgeable in getting me exactly what I was looking for. I walked in at 10:15am and by 1:00pm I was done with the purchase of my Equinox!!
