RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. They are rude, unprofessional and may even be dangerous. I ordered a dress from them for my son’s wedding. They were nice when selling my dress, but as soon as they have your NON-REFUNDABLE money the nice stops. When my dress did not arrive on time, I was told it would be in two weeks. 2 weeks came and went. I kept calling and getting no answers. No one calls you back and they just keep lying to you. O-M-G. best time EVER. working with MOET & STEPHANIE made my experience at LESTANS the best ever!! i read some reviews online and i saw some awful things but i figured, hey, i might as well just give it a try. it was a saturday and i went in and it was a bit crowded upstairs but i was told i had to go to the bridal department. when i got their i saw a girl wearing a veil come up to me introducing herself as STEPHANIE asking how can she help me. i was histerical and thought it was the cutest thing that she was wearing a veil.... read more
Lestan is one in a million. When i walked through the door i felt like i was not going to find my dress. when i was told to go downstairs to the bridal department i went and i was shown a bunch of dresses because i didnt know exactly what i was looking for. the lady i worked wit knew what would fit my body and she found my perfect dress. sophisticated, yet sexy at the same time. i looked phenomenal for my wedding.
MY PERFECT PRINCESS WEDDING. I GOT MY PERFECT DRESS, GOT PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY. THE LOOK ON MY HUSBAND'S FACE WHEN HE SAW ME WALKING DOWN THE ISLE WAS JUST PRICELESS. LESTANS HELPED ME SO MUCHH!
Ok so after reading some of these outrageous reviews, i cant believe it. I love lestans bridals. they are so friendly and knowledgable. i worked with mowet and stephanie and they were simply wonderful. they were so funny and sweet and they made my experience perfect. when my dress came in, it looked soooooo beautiful. i couldnt help but grin from ear to ear. josephine did my alterations and they were lovely. mowet and stephanie even came for a small fee to help my girls and i get dressed for the wedding. they were even nice ... read more
From now on, my mother, aunts, cousins, friends.. everyone will be recommended to lestans. the staff is remarkablee!!! I think i met some of the nicest people ive ever met. (no offense but the young people, the older ones are a little too competative for me). however, i found the perfect dress at a great price. i expected my dress to take 3-4 months and i ended up getting it within 8 weeks. it was wonderful. i love lestans

I would advise everyone to look in the other direction and RUN AWAY FROM LESTAN'S BRIDAL ASAP!!!!!!!! The sales associates are rude, they try to force you into making a decision on a dress. I have tried them once with a prom dress and they sweet talked me into getting a dress. I made no on-the-spot decision and the sales associate became enraged. I ordered my wedding dress in October 2007 for a May 2008 wedding. When I went to my first fitting in April 20 07, I found out that they ordered the wrong dress and color! My wedding was 4 weeks away and I had no dress. When I went to my second fitting 2 weeks later after it was re-ordered and rush delivered, the dress was the wrong size. I order a 16 and got a 20!
