I paid for my dress in full ($392) July 5 2012. The wedding was October 27th 2012. My dress arrived at Lestan's on October 26 2012. This was the day before the wedding. It. Was the wrong dress. It was clearly their fault! I had to by a dress off of the rack from David's Bridal for $99. I was told that I would get a refund! I still do not have my money to date. Honestly do not waste your time here unless you love stress in your life. My wedding day is March 9th 2012 however to play it on the safe side, we told them March 1st is the day. We told them that we will be leaving on Feb.28th since the wedding is in Jamaica. The bridesmaid dresses were picked out & paid for on the 1st week of Oct. 2011. I am so disgusted with this store . 6 month going back and forth with their lies. Paid so much money for my dress and they didnt even cut my dress they took full chucks and made loose stitch on my brides dress. Back hem so uneven which I couldn't see. 5 pins were found on my dress by s professional lady that goes altercations for brides dresses. She was so angry when she saw Lestan alternation on my dress. Magnificent company! Great quality dresses, great employees and just overall a great place. my whole family got their gowns here for my wedding... in addition to my bridal party. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone.
Lestans Wedding Shop is amazing. Honestly, as amazing as it comes. There are some very helpful women working at this place and they really helped to make my experience what it was. From the very moment I walked in, the receptionists were very welcoming and they directed my bridal party and I downstairs. When we went downstairs, there were SO many dresses. i am so grateful that i found this place!! i went to some other stores and none of them were the slightest bit as accommodating as the women at lestans bridals. i am pickyyyyyy to say the least so i tried on at least a dozen dresses before i found the perfect one! and voila there it was. the most amazing dress looked even more amazing on me and im just so happy!! thanks lestan
happy happy happy! loved the service, loved the workers and LOVED my gown. everyone is so patient there and are willing to accommodate for large parties and appointment dates. they were very professional and maintained they welcoming charm and embrace the entire time during all of my visits. great experience
so happy with the service i got here. i got my wedding dress and my mothers dress and im happy about the way everything went. they have great customer service at this shop and great dresses as well.
Kisses and Hugs all around to the wonderful women at Lestan Bridals. I was dead set on this gorgeous Maggie sotero wedding gown and I went into lestan to try it on. when I tried it on, I hated it. thanks to the bridal ladies downstairs I found the most beautiful sofia tolli gown for my perfect day. Josephina did my alterations and shes the cutest little Italian lady. everything was great. I brought them a picture from my wedding and to my surprise, they put it up on their display. way to make me feel special. go lestan!
