We professional people work there, from the front window to the exam rooms. The optical part is always busy. Ve sure get an appointment before pick up your glasses.
It’s best if you just get the prescription and get glasses somewhere else . This is the second pair of glasses i get my 6yr old. paid overall price $252 on Nov21.2025 . Fastward to now , the arm broke off took them into the office. Got a call from the admin staff who said that they no longer make the frame and if i want a new pair i would have to pay! Ridiculous right! the only reason i get glasses at their office because im under the impression that they have good warranty policies. Instead of them trying to find a solution... read more
Everyone was professional and assisted with all my needs. Excellent services. Friendly. Optometrist was supportive, intuitive to my needs. Overall pleased with fantastic services. Optometrist about referring clients, friends and family.
My teenager lost her glasses and was due for an exam and glasses in a few months so I contacted Dr. Steed’s office to obtain my daughter’s pupil distance measurement so I could order a cheap pair online until the exam. They refused to give me my own child’s PD measurement that my insurance paid for. I used an app to do the measurement and went into Dr. Steed’s office to see if they would at least tell me if the measurement was close.
