Worst Spa Experience Ever – First off, I found the locker room wholly underwhelming (tepid water, dirty towels in the steam room, etc), but I tried to stayed focused on the positive (of which there was ONE ? a very comfortable robe). Sleek modern Spa with tons of benefits! – Gorgeous brand new facility, modern but still comfortable. We even got to use the rooftop pool and gym at no extra cost! The massages are great- you can ask for lots of additions without extra fees. my new fave LA spa
