Great place to buy a truck
I recently purchased my GTO from out of state. I've tried a couple of places thinking maybe they knew how to maintain my GTO. It wasn't until I made an appointment with Lesson Chevrolet and noticed how focused they were on their customers. I was treated with A++ service and they were very knowledgeable with the maintenance on my GTO. I want to thank Mr. Clay and the rest of the crew for a job well done. I look forward to future services.
I had my truck towed there Thursday morning at 11:00 and they supposedly started looking at it around 2:30. I didn't get a call back till Friday at 8:00 am and they said it starts now and is ready to pick up. So went to pick it up and didn't even get half way home when it killed on Belle Chasse hwy. Called Lesson and told them I broke down so they sent a tow truck at no cost and and and a person from the dealer picked me up and brought me home. I've purchased two cars in the past years from Leson and the customer service is the best around. The management are attentive and the salesmen friendly and knowledgeable. I won't take my care anywhere else but here for service and maintenance...the mechanics will tell you if you need something replaced or repaired, yet also tell you that you really don't need something that you are questioning...if that's the case. The service department is terrible. They sent me back out on the road after I insisted that something was wrong. My truck was not running on all cylinders, even I knew that, but they said "oh it's just running rough". It took three days for them to come to that conclusion. Of course a couple days later the truck starting stalling out was running on only two cylinders. I spent a Saturday afternoon broke down on the expressway.
