The manger sold us acid when we asked for a buffering agent. He put the acid in the car. When arrived home realized he sold us the incorrect product. Was back at Leslie's within 10 minutes. The manager would not take the acid back. Sore policy even though he made the mistake. I will never go there again. 1. The manager does not know what a buffering agent is. Definitely not acid. 2. Would not take a product he was incorrect in selling.return of
I called this place like 30 times and they never answered !!! I had to drive 45 mins in traffic to get here just for them to tell me they didn’t carry what I was looking for after I saw it was available online … horrible customer service !
Just want to sell their products. Ended up ruining our plaster. $16000 damage.
