Great customer service and helpful in all pool things
As this is my first experience with an above-ground pool, I initially felt quite unfamiliar with the process. Jackson, however, was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and provided an excellent plan for maintaining the pool's cleanliness. His politeness and extensive knowledge in his field are greatly appreciated. Thank you once again.

As a newer pool owner I have a lot to learn - proper maintenance, type of supplies to buy, best products to choose, etc. Your employee, Nichole, was super helpful and knew her stuff! I had a couple big questions that she thoroughly answered while also handling other customers and answering calls (she was the only one working). Her patience and dedication really showed. I will be back!
