Completely incompetent. Not open when they are supposed to be. They don't answer their phones. They held our unit for 3 months and didn't even touch it or contact us. Stay away!
Great store, Bil does a wonderful job at serving customers and is very professional and knowledgeable
Very pushy and telling me the things I wanted were no good when they were recommended by my trustworthy pool buddy. Felt like they wanted to sell me their specific products they needed to move vs listening to what I had come in for.
I just had another amazing experience at this location. Harold is the manager and always keeps my pool on track. His above and beyond customer service is a rare find these days. If you any pool issues, do yourself the favor and go see him.
Second time in less than two weeks we’ve driven by for supplies during business hours, around 11am, to find the store closed with no posting on the window…
