They call themselves a pro store but don’t even have the basics like how are you gonna sell the oring for a lid but not the tool to remove it and the people there have less knowledge then some of the homeowners walking in there
Overall good experience. They were busy when I went in but still managed to help me pretty fast. Gave me details on what I needed and it was able to fix the pool myself.
They have all the parts you need. Service is less than desired. Had my pool cleaner for over a week and I was told they would call me when it was ready. I had to call several times because they didn’t answer their phones. When I showed up the next weekend they were not open, even though it was an hour after their listed opening time. When I finally got the cleaner back it still was not fixed right. I had to order more parts and complete the repairs myself.
