They sold me incorrect filters for my pool. I took my old filter in and they sold me the wrong size. They said it was a different size because it was a different brand. Rather than install the 4 filters I returned them and decided to thoroughly clean the old ones. When I saw I still needed filters, I returned to the store and took the size they had originally sold me. Very knowledge! great customer service. Very easy to deal with. gps is not helpful locating store. you have to look for signs or call for directions.
Every time I go to this location the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a bad back and they always volunteer to load my heavy buckets of pool chemicals into my vehicle.
Stop by to have my pool water tested and a guy name Vince greeted me. He should be called the "Pool Guy"! Tons of great information, and let me know by coming here he could save me money and make my pool life easy. Thanks, Vince.

Great customer service and the know how's. If they can help you they will. If they can't they will guide you in the right direction. They are not just trying to take your money. They are honest and really do care about your pool and you as a customer. Keep up the good work Leslie's.
Usually I don't give a negative rating on an organization, but my dealings with Leslie's Pool Supply was nothing short of terrible. Recently, when looking to purchase a new variable speed pump I had gone into the Yuba City store a couple times to discuss the purchase. On one of my first visits I asked the store manger whether he needed to come look at the site prior to the installation should I buy the pump. I was told there was no need to do so. I first looked on line to see the hours this store is open. The web site stated it was open! Great! I drive all the way there. I do not live in Lombard. The store was closed! The hours posted on the door said it should be open! But no. I wasted my time, gas, and efforts on this store. Apparently they don't need customers!
Normally this wouldn't get under my skin however this website clearly indicates store hrs. Closing at 7pm. I drive over expecting them to be open. Not ! Sign on door indicates closing at 6:00. The clerk was behind desk so I called the number on the Web site to let him know the website was not correct. He advised me to call the company as he had no control of the website. The hrs are on the door. I told the dude it wasn't my responsibility, call them yourself. UNBELIEVABLE I am no longer a customer
