Went to store today to purchase new pool pump. The clerks were completely unable to help me. Their knowledge level of the pump and how to mount or connect it was nonexistent. They could not even tell me if what they located was a suitable replacement. I had to find specs myself. All they could do was locate the pump in the store, call the off duty manager and run the cash register. All questions I had were met with complete lack of knowledge. Have bought a ton of equipment and products from them but the clerk was rude and impolite..........acted as if he could have cared less if I shopped there or not. Will look for another pool supply or shop online.
I carried a Hayward pool cleaner in for warranty repair, it was purchased online from someone else. They were great, called me for info and gave friendly service and repair. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew.
Great people to deal with. They had the parts I needed when no one else in town even knew what I was asking for. I am impressed and I believe you would be too. Give them a try....
