We love going to Leslie's, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Even our toddler loves going because they give him attention. They helped us learn how to take care of our pool ourselves, I'm glad they were able to give us the confidence we needed.
This location is awesome. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and whatever they dont know they have a wealth of resources to figure it out. Samara is the goat in customer service and tending to ppl as if they were her own family. Wilfredo also does a fantastic job at providing recommendations and thinking forward for the customer. I've been shopping here for a couple of years now for my pool supplies and chemical needs. Fredo and his team are exceptional, especially Samara. Every time I walk in the door they greet me by name.And every time I leave , they always thank me for coming in.
