I stopped by for a Pentair O-rimg. I even had the part number. After standing at the counter for quite awhile. The representative finally looked up from the computer at me. I then told him what I needed and he lethargically replied he couldn't help me. No reason, no explanation. He just wasn't interested in my business. I drove down the street to the discount pool supply store where I purchased the part and was out the door in less than 4 minutes.
