This is the worst company ever. Extreamly unprofessional and unorganized. I purchased a pool water heater to be installed By Leslie’s and they have canceled twos times now same day. Major inconvenience. The tech was completely confused and has no idea about Anything. I would give this place 0 stars. They should be out of buisness
Store rep was courteous and knowledgeable in handling our initial request for repair service for our pool pump. The company scheduling for service was quick and informative. Ben provided excellent friendly professional on site service installing a replacement motor and took time to explain how the product functions.
They usually have only one person working and there is always a line to get the simplest things done. They also don’t answer the phone.
