Customer service is A+ here, representatives was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Stay away from the Norristown Storm, sales representatives are miserable mumble things under thier breath. They are not helpful
Looking for a pool pump and they had what I needed. While waiting for sales person to wait on me I was looking at the pumps. There were a few on the floor in boxes. I saw one of the boxes was open ( not taped shut) so I opened the top to see if it was like the pump I was replacing.. The salesman turned around and said "excuse me is there a problem? " I said no the box was opened and explained I was just looking to compare.. what a total douchebag.. I was going to leave but I needed the pump. Get a better etiquette.
