I walked in, was greeted immediately and taken straight to what I needed, in a non-stop day I was so grateful for such a pleasant experience
It's true when they say that the first person that you see at a business sets the tone for the way an establishment is. I walked in and greeted Michelle, the store manager, (according to her name tag) and she looked at me and did not even say "good morning" or "hello". Rude much? That set the tone for what I was about to encounter. I proceed to walk to the register and the first thing she said to me is "what happened? it's no good?"
