Alex tested my water sample and told exactly what to do to address the cloudy water. His advice worked! He was courteous and friendly and did not pressure me to buy products I didn't need.
Drive the extra 2 miles and visit the Red Bug store instead. These people that work here are so lazy and don't even want to help you carry the chlorine jugs to your car. I even pulled up to the curb since he said he'd help me load it from there and the guy disappeared into the back so he didn't have to help me. No wonder no one is ever in there. I usually avoid this store because its the same interactions every time but it was on my way home and now I remember why I never go here.
