I want to give a huge shout-out to Nita Robison, the assistant manager at Store 85 in Mountain View, for her exceptional customer service! I was looking for a specific part for my Raypak gas heater, and while other stores wouldn’t take the time to help, Nita went above and beyond. She patiently worked with me, made several phone calls, and found the exact part I needed. I spoke on the phone with Tina about my Polaris vacuum not working. She said to bring it in so she could give it a look. A few days later it was cleaned and fixed. It now works as if new. Tina was always nice during the process. Even though I did not purchase the vacuum from them, I was not charged for the service. Thank you, Tina and Leslie's Pool, for your professionalism and kindness!
