Customer rep was very helpful and showed us some options for the repair I need.
Always very helpful and friendly staff.
In my opinion, their products are overpriced and are of poor quality. The only reason I go there is if I need something now, otherwise I'll order from another source and in my experience have gotten lower prices and parts that last much longer. Their service (sales people) is usually okay.
If it wasn’t for the manager Serena this location will get a one star or less. Serena is very knowledgeable about different type of pool how the chemical should be used. Overall she does a great job educating me. For the owner of the business she is doing a great job.
