Bruce went above and beyond to help me do a water test as a new customer while helping others! The water test diagnosed my pool and my problem was fixed on the first visit!
These reviews are several years old. They have a new manager at the Cuthbert store. Staff is very helpful. The newer manager is very knowledgeable. Give them another try, that summer they had staffing issues was bad but they have turned things around nicely.
Terrible customer service. They make every call go through their call service in India. The people on the phone barely speak English and can only follow a strict script. Absolutely useless and a waste of time.
Yep. Again with locked doors before closing. I was willing to accept overcharging on things until I found that they overcharged me $4 PER BAG of shock over Anchor pool store. You have to press a star to get to write the review. Now between cheating overcharging, hours not as advertised, and half the time not having what I need despite the size of the store, I hope the space on Cuthbert Blvd gets something useful in place of this disgrace of a business. The free water test are the best part about Leslie pool supplies but otherwise sometimes the customer service isn’t very good I don’t know whether it’s due to short stuff or something else but it feels like they’re forced to be nice. Just as a friendly reminder when you get your results try to research yourselves of the best ways to fix something in your pool don’t buy everything that they say because somethings might be in larger quantities then you need.
