Get my water tested weekly there for free, haven't steered me wrong yet. My pool is clean, clear, and the chlorine doesn't burn your eyes. They make a plan for you, give suggestions, and don't pressure you into buying anything even if you need it.
Bruce went above and beyond to help me do a water test as a new customer while helping others! The water test diagnosed my pool and my problem was fixed on the first visit!
These reviews are several years old. They have a new manager at the Cuthbert store. Staff is very helpful. The newer manager is very knowledgeable. Give them another try, that summer they had staffing issues was bad but they have turned things around nicely.
