They sell start up kit for pools but still have come back 3 more times for more shit and always say this will take of problem well should have taken care of the first time why sell start up kit not going work getting tried of this place in Newcastle might have to go somewhere in OKC

We wasted hundreds of dollars on chemicals because the lady there told us to fill the rancid pool we inherited, and treat from there instead of draining a foot of water and replacing. Now ive paid for the water, the chlorine, the clarifier, the phosfree, algaecide, filters, chlorine tabs, flocculent, acid, and soda ash, and still after daily work on it for a month, still have a pool i cant see through. Let's hope you dont go when Cole is working. Definitely dont go with questions to ask. We made it known we just started our pool and had no idea what we needed and we asked for a part (that obviously we didnt know what it was) and instead of showing us he pointed to a wall and said *its over there* go somewhere where they willing to help and explain. Spent $200 and not even sure if its what we really needed. 💩

Not very friendly or helpful
