New Brunswick location was awesome.
I bought a pool patch and shortly afterwards realized is was the wrong size so I went to return it. The store associate told me that my name, address, phone number and email were necessary for the return which seemed intrusive to me. I said all this information wasn't required to make the purchase so why is it required to get a refund. After a lot back and forth I was able to get a refund but the whole thing felt totally unnecessary and like a complete waste of time.
