SHADY OPERATION AT BEST! I bought a salt conversion kit, they told me it includes free installation. OUTRIGHT LIE! Turns out the following: 45 dollars transportation fee, 65 dollars material fee, 84 sand filter fee , and 65 soft cell fee connection. ...and don't forget the 200 dollars for the not included SALT!!! So much for free installation.
My go to for pool supplies and they do free water tests. Prices are hard to beat and they price match with online retailers including Amazon. Recommend signing up for their free rewards program
Leslies have to take responsibility for their store reps.Worst place for pool advice. Roland gave worst of all, I'm informing headquarters. I was asked to put 5lbs of shock in my pool when the store reading said 1lb. He said shock was being eaten up. Went to store Saturday morning the reading READ 15 FOR CHLORINE range should bec1-4.The Saturday rep said I should not have been told to add that much and to add fresh water to dilute and let heat burn off some shock.
