Very helpful
Always do a great job with doing the water test
Owasso and Harvard store have amazing service. They always help us to keep our swimming pool looking great! They printed out the swimming pool report and generated an email report copy as well.
I usually do not leave bad reviews but this place is unbelievable. In store service is horrible, the counter staff cannot look up part numbers. I went home and looked on their website and looked up the part number myself with out issue. Missed out on a $1900 sale that day. Today I decided to give them another chance, so I called to verify they had the pool pump in stock. To my surprise, they don't answer the phone. called twice and no answer. I try to buy local all the time but not this case.. Amazon for the win. Its a shame... read more
