The owner is very rude not helpful at all
Store closed during regular business hours. No note on the door, no nothing. When you call the store, you get no voicemail indicating they are closed. When you contact corporate, you get the runaround. First through their “virtual assistant,” and then you sit on hold until they cycle you through the music a couple of times and then hang up on you. I sat on hold waiting for a customer service representative for over 12 minutes, at which point they disconnected. I did this twice because I was concerned for the franchise owners... read more
