It’s so sad.. this store has great potential but they will NOT replace their computer system. Please REPLACE those computers so that sales are smooth. This entire year, every time I go in there is an issue with the computer, the tap/ card device. Please support your staff! I feel so bad that they have systems that can’t even put a sale through in a store full of customers. Do better - I just left my supplies there, couldn’t purchase them and will have to buy them somewhere else :(

Service is great! Mr George is very helpful. I don’t know why corporate constantly understaffs this location. Need at a minimum two people in the store. Stop being cheap. Store is too busy for one person to handle. It’s doing a disservice to the customers and staff. Do a better job with staffing.

I ordered on line. The confirmation said the order was accepted and would be ready to pick up later that day. When I went to the store to pick it up they said their inventory was off and therefore they could not provide the part I needed. Even though on-line it showed they had two of the parts I needed in stock at the store. They barely offered an apology and did not offer any kind of a workaround or stop-gap-measure to get me through until the part showed up. A very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this store.

Talked to manager doesn't care I'm a loyal customer All about company making money not about customer saving money shame Never spend another dime there would never recommend

One and done at this place. Employee was not very knowledgeable and had no clue what I was asking for. He did offer a phone number of a professional though.
