Had to schedule appointment 3 months out. Got multiple texts to confirm and remind me of appointment. The day of the appointment at 9 AM, was called and told they had to reschedule. My appointment was for 10:40, so I got less than a 2 hour notice. Their solution was to reschedule for 2 months out. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They should have a better system in place.
